  • Composing, sending, and responding to emails in Spanish, English and Arabic.
  • Effective communication, proper grammar, and attention to detail.
  • Making and receiving phone calls in all mentioned languages.
  • Translating written documents, messages, or other materials from one language to the other.
  • Ensuring that emails and phone conversations are culturally appropriate and align with the target audience's language preferences and customs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all email and phone communication
  • Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with other team members, departments, or external parties to provide seamless bilingual communication and support.
