The role includes diary management, office management, travel and all other administrative activities as required.Ō pūkenga - About youYou're an excellent communicator and able to manage multiple tasks at once. You understand the importance of organisation and are comfortable providing administrative support across a group. You are proactive in your approach and you have a willingness to take personal responsibility for the quality of your work. You'll need to have:
- Good Microsoft Office skills (in particular Outlook and Word)
- Previous administration experience
- High attention to detail
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build key relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong commitment to excellence, quality and continuous improvement.
