This is the ideal position for an HR graduate with exceptional customer service experience looking to grow their HR skills and work with a collaborative and support team to serve our Scripps staff across the organization in our HR Call Center. You will be responsible for engaging and educating staff on self-service transactions. You will provide consultation and direction to management and staff regarding the interpretation and application of Human Resources policies/procedures/programs. Our team of four play an integral role in assisting with benefit questions and enrollment, and troubleshooting.

This position is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday, business hours. The team works remote, rotating 1-2 days per week in the office, located at our professional office in Campus Point, La Jolla.
Required Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Minimum 2 years work experience OR Bachelors degree in HR related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Call Center experience.
- 1 year of HR experience.
- Customer service experience.
