Revenue Coordinator
How would you ensure correct revenue recognition and proactive financial co-piloting?
Keepit is looking for a Revenue Coordinator to join our Finance Team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

As a Revenue Coordinator, you will play a vital part in guaranteeing accurate and prompt billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Collaborating closely with the finance team, this global position emphasizes supporting and collaborating with international sales teams. Our aim is to become trusted business partners, consistently enhancing our interactions with the organization. To achieve our goal of financial transparency and accuracy, we need someone who is motivated by doing accurate and detail-oriented data processing, and enthusiastic about engaging in dialogue with colleagues.
Central tasks as Revenue Coordinator with Keepit will include:
- Managing billings, invoice release, and data entry for the creation of punctual and accurate financial reports.
- Ensuring correct revenue recognition and accurate, timely month-end close procedures and reports.
- Resolving data discrepancies by maintaining attention to detail, controlling data in Salesforce and Maxio, and validating data during integration into finance systems.
- Facilitating smooth month-end closings through reconciliation and review of financial transactions.
As a Revenue Coordinator, you will be joining the finance team led by Director of Finance Anders Schack. You will be working from our Copenhagen office located on the 7th floor of Parken, the national stadium of Denmark, with a beautiful view of the park and the sea. We offer flexible work conditions. 1. Finance-savvy: The ideal candidate possesses an analytical mindset and a curiosity for comprehending the broader scope of the commercial aspects of our business in relation to finance processes. A fundamental understanding of financial workflows within a SaaS company, including deferred revenue recognition, accurate invoice creation, and billing statements, is crucial for success in this role. While it is advantageous to have knowledge of international sales tax, VAT requirements, and associated systems due to close collaboration with global sales teams, it is not mandatory. Additionally, for the right candidate, there will be ample opportunities for learning, growth, and exploring other facets of finance.
2. Data processing and system-savvy: We seek a candidate who possesses the ability to confidently handle and coordinate substantial volumes of data, coupled with a structured approach and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidates exhibit meticulous attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate data to both our customers and internal stakeholders. Previous experience in data management using tools like Excel spreadsheets, Salesforce, and finance systems such as SaaS Optics, QuickBooks/Maxio, or Economic will provide an advantage, but not a must, in this role.

4. Language and entrepreneurial spirit: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a fundamental requirement for this role as we operate in an English-speaking environment.
