Customer Service [Malaysia]


 

The new role:

Our client is an established company that is a strong player in the Computer support and services industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board an Customer Service Executive to join their team in Bandar Sunway.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Specifying and building tools to improve the speed and quality of support.
  • Analyzing support workflows and making suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Working closely with product teams to understand and give input into product changes relating to the customer service department.
  • Assisting with the design and rollout of new support channels and service offerings.
  • Managing schedules of team members according to customer demand.
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for common situations.
  • Preparing performance reports by collecting and analyzing data from the customer service functions.
  • Identifying and acting to remove obstacles to delivering consistently high levels of service.
  • Taking part in forecasting and budgeting for customer service and tracking the actual performance against budget.
  • Supporting customer service teams through required changes.
  • Working closely with Operation Manager to help customer service deliver on their components of overall company goals and objectives.

Other job requirements:

  • A team player, task oriented and possess good communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Independent while building relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Be adaptable, able to mould to an ever-changing environment.
  • Positive, possess a “Can Do” attitude and cheerful personality.
  • Have the proven ability to problem solve, both being able to think out of the box and implement innovative solutions to everyday problems.
  • A minimum Diploma or above.
  • 1-2 years of events operations and customer service working experience.
  • Strong interest in blockchain, NFT and/or the crypto industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), Power Point presentation design skills is a must, preferred experiences and higher standard operations skill, Preferred can speak and write in mandarin and English.
