Our client - an Asia industrial construction developer is looking for a SalesExecutive (Japanese) to work in Bien Hoa City, Viet Nam to develop and maintain good relationship with existing Japanese customers.
Job Description:
- Achieve sales target and outcomes within schedule.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with existing customers to know their future expansion plan.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with business associations, relevant government officers, sales agents etc. to exchange information and get the potential customers information.
- Receive customers to create customer database & follow up.
- Present, promote company’s products & identify customer’s need to recommend the best solution.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements and corporate with legal & related departments to make Agreements.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Manager or Function Head to maintain workflow smoothly/ enhance sales activities.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Nationality: Japanese
- Language: English (Fluent) & Japanese are a must
- Strong in business sense, sales, presentation, negotiation skills, etc.
- Be active in finding and building good relationships with customers, partners, authorities, internal departments.
- Computing skills (Microsoft Office)
- Have over 4-5 years of Sales experience (B2B is a priority).
