We're now looking for a new Technical Lead
As Technical Lead, you will drive the development of software and technology with experienced development teams.
This is a multi-disciplined hands-on role requiring capability to bring different roles together to build exceptional product. You need a strong capability to understand big complex systems and must be able to be realistic with timelines/scope/resources.
You benefit of having technical expertise and must have experience in software systems development. You pro-actively interact with customer (internal/external) representatives as needed. By working in collaboration with Product Management, you research and build understanding of the market requirements. You are not afraid of raising any hard topics when you see the need and have a constructive approach to problem solving.
We’re looking for:
- Experience in taking big product increments / new products from idea to customers: Perhaps you have some stories to tell about development milestones that were anything but trivial to achieve.
- Experience in Agile Software Development. Experience in SAFe is considered a plus.
- Experience in Building Sustainable Software Products: We’re looking for a Tech Lead who has experience working in big software projects that produced end-result that can live long. You know how to lead professional development teams.
- Communication: You can communicate in fluent English with anyone in any role as needed and get your views through.
- Fast learners: You love problems, only to understand better. You want to learn about the users, their needs, about the business, and about the clinical trial industry.
- Passion: You care about the end-user. You feel ownership over everything you release. You want to understand the need properly before committing to solution.
- Attitude: It is not just about what you do, but how you do it. You are a self-driven person who wants to see the outcome of your work.
