We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Computer Operator with excellent communication skills and proficiency in HR and office administrative tasks. As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, handling HR-related activities, and assisting with various office administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Computer Operations: Monitor and maintain computer systems, ensuring their efficient performance.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, coordinating with IT support when necessary.
Install and upgrade computer systems and applications as required.
Ensure data backups are performed regularly and accurately.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- HR Responsibilities: Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary information regarding policies and procedures.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
Support the payroll process by accurately recording attendance and leave data.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, ensuring availability and reordering when necessary.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
Assist with organizing company events and meetings.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and timely communication.
Collaborate with different teams to gather and share information, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient operations.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
